Born Rebekah Paige McNemee on the flat plains of West Texas, she has always had a passion to create art and music spending most of her drive and focus on developing techniques and skill. Winning drawing and coloring contests throughout her youth and a feature in the local newspaper encouraged the drive to become a professional artist as an adult. A big hop, and culture shock, to the Pacific Northwest in her teen years came with a reinforcing desire to create dramatic nature land/seascapes, animals, and an inclination to the local music scene. Today, she is a happily married mother of 3 children, one of which requires special care for his special needs. She enjoys playing piano, flute, and solid body mandolin ran through effects pedals along side her bassist husband. As of 2025, she is a 3 time Oregon Award winner with other numerous awards under her belt in art divisions. You can find her art murals in the Salem center mall in Oregon as well as other residences. Find her at the Artisan Well in downtown Stayton, OR where she displays, sells, and teaches.
